Commercial Property Admin Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to assist our Commercial Property Managers in effectively managing their portfolios.
This role encompasses a variety of administrative tasks that are crucial to our operations. If you have strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail, we want you to be part of our dynamic team
Help us ensure our properties are managed efficiently while contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess creditor invoicesRaise work orders as directed by the Commercial Property ManagersOn-boarding contractors into our facilities systemMaintain tenant and contractor insurance complianceGenerate monthly reportsPrepare agenda items and record minutes at meetingsAssist with lease administration formsPrepare documents for lease vacatesGeneral administrationRequirementsStrong attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise.Experience in a similar role or in a busy administrative setting.Competence in computer systems, including MS Office.If you are interested in this role, please email your resume to ******.
