Contributing to improving processes at the counter by ensuring systems are implemented and followed.Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both in-store and online customers, effectively resolving customer complaints and queries as required.Training and supporting new counter team members in understanding all systems and processes.About You Results-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes.Strong multi-tasking skills and a keen eye for detail will contribute to your success in this role.A background in cash handling, including EFTPOS facilities, is ideal but not essential.JB Hi-Fi Limited is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
