Your Adventures AheadBe on-ground at various brands across Sydney to represent ShopBack and acquire new usersAttract customers to the brand by engaging with people walking-by and handing out flyersAssist customers to download ShopBack App, set-up account & link payment methodsPromote activation-specific promo mechanics - E.g (New User get FREE ITEMS)Educate customers by explaining the benefits of the app including earning return cashback and applying promosAssist both Existing & New Users to complete transactions in order to claim their promoSet-up and tear-down of POSM/campaign materials at various outletsProvide feedback on activation flow and any matters raised by customersEssentials to Succeed0-2 years experience in retail/event operation/hospitality, open to fresh grad applicantsFlexible schedule and able to commit to a roster at least 2-4 weeks in advanceStrong interpersonal and communication skills - willing to approach people confidently and promote ShopBack dealsA problem-solver who's not discouraged by failure or mistakesAbility to perform and thrive in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with a proactive attitudeWilling to commute to various places within SydneyMandarin language proficiency is an added advantage but not requiredShopBackers' DNA Grit - We tackle all challenges head-on, working together to solve problems and achieve success.
