PRACTICE MANAGER | INNER CITY | $100K + SUPER INNOVATIVE ACCOUNTING FIRM BASED IN CBD NEWLY CREATED ROLE IN A GROWING FIRM YOUNG AND SOCIAL CULTURE UP TO $100K + SUPER FIRM This represents a rare opportunity with an very modern and innovative boutique accounting firm based in the CBD who have been growing at a rapid rate.

POSITION Due to strong growth, the position of Practice Manager has been created to ensure the firm's future success.
Duties will include but not limited to: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve required outcomes Manage workflow, diary management, and assist with all facets of public practice administration Provide leadership to the firm Undertake special project work for the firm and clients Liaise with ATO + ASIC Assist the Partners with recruitment and HR matters Assist in growing the administration team Grow the firm's brand by providing clients with 110% with each and every interaction CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: 4+ years experience within Australian Public Practice administration A proven track record of providing outstanding customer service Ability to manage staff in a efficient manner (on shore and off shore) Proficient with XPM and Xero Exceptional communication and presentation skills BENEFITS This is a rare opportunity for a talented Practice Manager to join one of Brisbane's up and coming firms.
