About the RoleIn this hands-on position, you'll manage and coordinate all aspects of maintenance, from preventative and planned tasks to reactive repairs.
Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll oversee contractor scheduling, ensure the upkeep of buildings and equipment, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Leading preventative, planned, and reactive maintenance programs.Acting as the go-to contact for maintenance issues raised by staff and supervising onsite contractors.Handling minor repairs, painting, and manual tasks with efficiency.Maintaining accurate records and scheduling disruptions with minimal impact on operations.Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health & Safety standards.Supporting environmental services, including waste management and equipment organization.The role is offered as an initial 12-month contract and there is some flexibility around the number of work hours per week.
