This critical role will focus on attracting students who align with the school's mission and values, ensuring an engaging and supportive admissions experience for families.
As the primary point of contact for prospective families, the Registrar will embody the welcoming spirit of Queenwood, expertly guiding families through the admissions journey.
Reporting to the Chief of Advancement, the Registrar will lead all facets of admissions, from initial inquiries to enrolment confirmations, while playing an active role in student enrolment, retention, and the development of enrolment strategies.
This position requires a strategic thinker who is capable of building and executing comprehensive recruitment plans, fostering relationships with feeder schools, and leveraging innovative communication tools to enhance Queenwood's outreach efforts.
The Registrar will also lead the organisation of events such as open days, school tours, and information sessions, thus creating memorable and informative experiences for prospective families.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the role involves promoting Queenwood's values and offerings across multiple platforms to ensure cohesive messaging.
Beyond admissions, the Registrar will manage data systems to ensure accurate record-keeping, analyse trends, and inform decision-making.
As the leader of the admissions team, the Registrar will oversee the Admissions Associate, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and bring at least five years of experience in admissions or enrolment management, ideally within an educational context.
They will demonstrate strong organisational skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in CRM systems, coupled with a genuine passion for education and a commitment to Queenwood's mission.
