What you'll be doing in this role The Tech Sourcing Manager will join Canva's Global Strategic Sourcing team to focus on our SaaS vendor portfolio.
What you'll do Strategy: contribute to the development and execution of Canva's SaaS sourcing strategyBe part of the team: partner with key stakeholders, such as IT, Engineering & Finance, to ensure we're maximising the value and impact from SaaS contract negotiationsBusiness process improvements: proactively manage Canva's 200+ SaaS subscriptions - ensuring advanced planning of renewals and oversee Canva's Zip requests for new and recurring SaaS subscriptionsCustomer centric: continually find ways to streamline the SaaS purchasing process to provide a first-class experience for Canva stakeholdersCommunication: develop and execute detailed negotiation plans, delivering preferential pricing; commercial terms; legal terms; and service levelsWhat we're looking for Procurement experience, specifically of Software LicensingAbility to successfully lead multiple, concurrent negotiations (we have a high volume of renewals, peaking around EOY)Ability to juggle multiple projects of different sizes, navigating demands from the business and influencing stakeholdersBalance operational urgent elements with a longer-term strategic focusWillingness to deal with ambiguity and problem solveWhat's in it for you?
