We are partnering with an industry-leading organisation that is seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Manager.
The role revolves around generating and driving strategy, as well as engineering and operations for a large infrastructure team.
Key Responsibilities: Assess the current technology ecosystem, including the technology stack, resources, capabilities, and IT Service Catalogue, to propose a forward-thinking short-term and long-term strategic technology plan.
Provide operational guidance and drive continuous process improvements to align with evolving business requirements and industry trends.
Lead innovation initiatives, developing an infrastructure roadmap in collaboration with enterprise architecture, application development, and cybersecurity strategies.
Oversee IT Service Management processes, including metrics and reporting.
Collaborate with executives to create and implement a comprehensive infrastructure roadmap.
Strategically evaluate, prioritize, and integrate emerging technologies to strengthen and advance organizational capabilities.
Prepare the infrastructure organization for scalable and sustainable growth.
Foster a supportive and collaborative environment with continuous learning and growth.
The successful candidate will have: Senior leadership experience in technology development, including managerial or director-level roles.
Extensive background in technology roles with deep expertise in virtualized environments, cloud platforms, networking, infrastructure, and end-user computing.
A history of creative and innovative problem-solving, developing effective solutions while managing associated risks.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to emerging trends and technologies, leveraging them to create organizational opportunities.
