About The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Project Engineer to join Programmed, working on our prestigious Sydney Water contract.
This excellent opportunity will be accountable for providing project management support to satisfy the operational objectives of our stakeholders, ensuring that deliverables are on time, to budget and within technical and quality standards.

Support the Project Manager with delivering projects and assist in the coordination of scoping, design, construction, commissioning, handover and the close-out of projects.
Plan, allocate and coordinate tasks according to an approved program of work.
Ensure the project works are carried out within contractual timeframes and specifications.
Report on project outcomes and prepare progress reports.
Provide technical assistance on projects by working with design consultants, contractors and suppliers in the delivery of works.
Liaise with teams such as procurement and commercial in relation to the delivery of projects.
Maintain and build strong client relationships.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a Project Engineer within the facilities, construction or utilities industry with excellent attention to detail and a knack for people engagement.
Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
Qualification in Engineering – civil preferred Demonstrated experience in minor project work Demonstrate a proactive approach in the workplace Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on effective stakeholder engagement Excellent communication skills – verbal and written Experience leading and managing projects showcasing the ability to plan, coordinate and execute Strong analytical skills and willingness to contribute to decision-making processes About Us
