Family Doctor is seeking an experienced part-time Medical Receptionist to join our team at Aspendale Clinic in Aspendale, Victoria.About us:Aspendale Clinic, part of the Family Doctor network of GP-owned and operated medical and dental practices, is committed to providing high-quality health care for our patients. This role provides front-line services and has the responsibilities of guiding our patients through the administrative and financial aspects of their treatment.Tasks include but are not limited to:Providing high-quality reception and secretarial services to the patients, doctors, and staffGreeting patients and visitors in person and on the phoneScheduling appointments for patientsGeneral office and administrative dutiesOpening and closing the clinic as requiredAbout you:Strong communication and IT skillsPrevious medical receptionist experienceAbility to multitaskThe ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentialityExperience using Best Practice software (advantageous)Critical attention to detailExperience in customer serviceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentHow to apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
