Darüber hinaus setzt du interne Daten und Kundendaten zur Optimierung von Plänen ein und unterstützt gemeinsame Initiativen mit strategischen Kunden.
Dein Beitrag Im Rahmen deiner Aufgaben:
bist du der zentrale Ansprechpartner für Kunden deines Portfoliosbetreust du die Eskalation von Beschwerden und Streitigkeiten und bearbeitest bzw. löst Probleme, um maximale Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleistenträgst du dazu bei, dass kommerzielle Zielvorgaben und Unternehmensziele erreicht werden, indem du die Ziele im Bereich Kundenservice erfüllst, die Verbesserungsagenda unterstützt (intern: Prozesse, extern: Kunden) und kollaborative Beziehungen über mehrere Funktionen hinweg sowie mit Kunden aufbaustarbeitest du mit dem für die Auftragserfüllung zuständigen Team an der Berichterstattung zu KPIs einschließlich Fehler-Ursachen-Analysen und Verbesserungsinitiativenwendest du Kundendaten zur Überwachung der Warenverfügbarkeit in den Regalen, des Depot-to-Store-Service, der Lagerbestände und der Werbeverkäufe an und erleichterst du anhand diesen Informationen die interne Entscheidungsfindung sowie Vereinbarungen mit Kunden derart, dass Serviceniveau und Absatz maximiert werden könnenWas du mitbringst Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen:
