We are looking for an enthusiastic Intermediate Auditor to join PKF North Queensland's Audit team.

We are a leading provider of business services, audit, superannuation, tax and specialist services to clients locally and internationally.
Our Audit team provides audit and compliance services to a diverse group of clients operating in a multitude of industries.
Our broad client base, which includes over 20 publicly listed companies, ensures our audit division is up to date with accounting standards, ASIC, ACNC and ASX reporting requirements and adheres to the strictest quality standards.
This job is for our North Queensland office, which would require you to be located in Townsville.
We are open to relocation and those needing visa sponsorship.
Key ResponsibilitiesDuties will include: Working closely with Partners and the management team to ensure client work is completed to a high standardExecuting audit engagements ensuring key deliverables are metDirect client communication for the planning and preparation of fieldwork and completion of financial statementsInvoices, billing and work in progress analysis for portfolio of clientsSupervising of junior staff on larger engagementsMentoring of junior staff in the audit teamTravel to and from clients around Australia as and when requiredParticipation in firm internal and external training sessionsWhat You Need to ApplyThe ideal candidate will: Have at least 2 years of experience in audit in an accounting firmHave completed an accounting degree (BCom or BBus)Have commenced or be ready to commence the CA programDisplay great communication skills and be able to establish long lasting relationships with clientsBe able to work independently or as part of a larger engagement teamHave a sound knowledge of Australian Accounting and Auditing standardsTo be considered, please submit a resume and cover letter.
