Due to our continued success and growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Leading hand/site supervisor to join our business for multiple projects within Queensland.
With a steady pipeline of work in multiple regions, we are currently about to start a site in Hervey Bay and Rock Hampton and would highly desire someone who has the knowledge to drive a project from start to finish.
Reporting directly to the Directors and Senior Project Manager, you will be expected to have previous experience in the construction industry and a keen eye for detail and process completion.

Responsibilities: Manage site to run on schedule and within budget Reporting to management on key events Implementing and adhering to a safe work environment Efficiently running and managing all staff and contractors on site Obtaining quotes and finding the right contractors for the job Programming works and updating as necessary Organising trades and materials to be on time to create a positive effect on timelines Organising Inspections and collecting documentation for Occupation stages Open and close site as required Conducting toolbox talks Essential Requirements: Experience in a similar position, preferably in Commercial Construction such as warehouses & factories.
Understanding of construction process & industry standards.
Experience with Tilt Panel and Pre Cast wall systems Excellent communication skills and a solution-based mindset Builders License highly advantageous.
Proactive, self-motivated quick thinker.
Experience with MS Office and MS Projects highly advantageous Ability to work and problem solve under pressure.
