Brisbane based role, reporting to our inspiring and supportive Recruitment Managers.
Your role will include:
Driving team and individual results, morale, customer engagement, career development, and of course – the funWorking with the Recruitment Manager to develop ambitious and innovative quarterly and annual strategy plans.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, acting as a trusted advisor in their recruitment needs.Proactively sourcing and attracting high-caliber healthcare professionals through various channels.Identifying and driving marketing opportunities to build brand awareness and talent pools for your division.The Top Benefits Base salary of between $95k-$120k + super + uncapped monthly commission (up to 60%) + quarterly team bonuses.12 additional days leave per year, accessible when exceeding targets (achievable every month
