Job Description - Ops Readiness Planner (261993)About the roleTo support our ongoing operations and ensure optimal performance, UGL are seeking a skilled Ops Readiness Planner to join our team in Perth CBD. This role will commence ASAP, on a casual basis for an estimated 3-month duration (strong possibility for extension). You will be a local Perth, WA resident and work a 5/2 roster.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of the campaign maintenance activities, meeting quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. You will be required to be proficient in SAP, and have had exposure to Prometheus.Key responsibility areas:Coordinate with planning and site team to ensure smooth execution of activities.Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules using Computerised Management Maintenance Systems (CMMS).Coordinate and plan maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to plant operations.Collaborate with various departments to align maintenance schedules with production goals.Utilize SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project to develop and maintain schedules.Monitor and report on the progress of maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budget constraints.Provide detailed and clear communication to all stakeholders regarding maintenance plans and activities.Prioritize safety and technical integrity in all scheduling activities.Qualifications:Trade qualification in Mechanical, or equivalent.Proficient in the use of Computerised Management Maintenance Systems (CMMS).Experience with SAP (preferred), Prometheus (preferred), Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project (e.g., P6).Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience in a hydrocarbon facility or related industry workplace.Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation abilities.Demonstrated ability to focus on safety, production, technical integrity, and budget management.What we offerCompetitive hourly rate and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.The chance to work with a dedicated and skilled team in a leading LNG plant.What makes you right for UGLGenuine concern for safety.Ability to provide a safe, supportive and positive workplace.Capacity to flourish in a high-performance environment.An innovative mindset and a willingness to challenge the norm.A belief that success and value are driven by real teams where everyone has a role to play.About UsUGL is well-known and respected for providing end-to-end engineering, construction and maintenance services within, rail and transport, communications and technology systems, oil and gas, power, renewables and resources, water and defence markets.
