About the role
Yarredi Services Incorporated is seeking a passionate and experienced DFV Specialist Case Manager to join our team in Port Lincoln, SA. This is a part-time role that will play a crucial part in supporting individuals and families affected by domestic and family violence (DFV) in our local community.
What you'll be doing Providing high-quality case management support to clients, including crisis response, risk assessment, safety planning, and referrals to relevant support servicesAdvocating for clients and liaising with other agencies and providers to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to DFV supportMaintaining detailed case notes and records in line with organisational policies and proceduresContributing to the continuous improvement of Yarredi's DFV service deliveryOn call is a requirement of this positionWhat we're looking for Relevant tertiary qualification in social work, community services or a related fieldSignificant experience in case management and client support, particularly in the DFV sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clientsThorough understanding of the complex dynamics of DFV and the impacts on individuals and familiesDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including government agencies and community organisationsCommitment to upholding the principles of social justice, empowerment and client-centered practiceWhat we offer
