My client offers a structure to their estimators that also allows them to be trained and grow within sales estimating.
If you are looking to expand on your current capabilities and become more universal within the industry, then this role is for you.
The Role: Reporting to the General Manager, this role will involve:
Completing all building estimating requirementsProducing accurate documentation within budgeted timelinesResolving ordering oversights and making amendmentsCreating BOQ'sProviding excellent customer service to on-site staff, suppliers, trades, and stakeholdersManaging variations and inclusionsAbout You: If you possess a can-do attitude, enjoy new challenges, and are able to work with a variety of fast-paced projects, this could be the role for you
The successful candidate will ideally have:
3+ years of experience within the Residential Construction industryExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalEvidence of proactive qualities and the ability to work autonomouslyProficient in DatabuildThe Perks: A supportive work culture and encouraging senior managementRewarded resultsIf you believe that you are suited to the above, please apply below.
