About The Role Join our dynamic team at Akura as a skilled and experienced Site Foreman and take the lead on a multimillion-dollar, self-storage project and industrial units located in Minchinbury, with more exciting projects on the horizon
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring timely, on-budget project delivery while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and trades, you'll drive efficient, seamless, and safe construction processes, leading your team to success.
Key Responsibilities Supervise daily on-site activities, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards Coordinate with trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project progression Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines Conduct regular site inspections, resolve any issues, and provide updates to project managers About You You should have a strong passion for construction, with a drive to lead a team effectively.
This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple work fronts while ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time.
A strong focus on safety is essential.
