Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Admin Trainee to join our team and be at the heart of our sales and service departments. As a Sales Admin Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to provide essential administrative support, place stationary orders for the office, and even help organize travel for our awesome team. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and energetic individual looking to dive into the world of sales administration, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Specific tasks include: Engage with our clients and team members by providing exceptional phone support and customer serviceCoordinate and curate memorable staff events, including cateringFacilitate and streamline administrative operations for the Sales & Service departmentsProcure essential office and workshop supplies to keep things running smoothlyCoordinate travel and accommodation to ensure seamless travel arrangementsVerify and process expense claims with precision and attention to detailProvide guidance and training to staff on travel and expense claim proceduresEfficiently organize and archive delivery dockets and invoices on a daily basisUtilize Unified Inbox to promptly approve invoicesManage EFTPOS transactions for the Sales and Service departmentsEnsure a well-stocked inventory of office supplies to support daily operationsQualificationsRequirements: Previous administration experience preferredExceptional attention to detailStrong organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksWillingness to learn and develop sales and administrative skillsAdditional InformationThe benefits of working at Bosch Rexroth: Collaborative, pragmatic, diverse and respectful team environmentHourly based with reasonable overtimeCompany supplied and laundered uniformDiverse and exciting career opportunities.Comprehensive training and development opportunities.Staff discounts on Bosch and affiliated-brand products.If you are looking for a new challenge in a profitable and stable company that will appreciate you for your hard work then this is your ideal role.
