PKM Earthmoving, a trusted name in the demolition and civil works industry, is looking for a Leading Hand Excavator Operator to join our growing team.

What you'll do:
Operate excavators and combos with precision on residential, commercial, and civil projects.
Read plans, operate lasers, and manage tasks unsupervised.
Lead the team on-site, ensuring high-quality results.
Train apprentices and foster team collaboration.
What we need from you:
5+ years of continuous excavator and combo operating experience.
Construction white card, HR license, and machinery tickets.
Experience with subdivisions, demolitions, and civil projects.
Strong people skills and a willingness to lead.
