Idam Engineer

A high-profile enterprise organisation is going through an exciting period of growth and transformation and is now looking to engage an IDAM Engineer to support new initiatives around improving systems, processes, and technology.You will join a company that is customer and outcomes focused, currently investing heavily in improving and uplifting their technology environments and the way they manage and secure their enterprise environment.As the IDAM Engineer, you will contribute to IAM strategic process improvements and promote the implementation and adoption of automation technologies to ensure IGA roles and access are controlled according to the company's governance requirements, as well as performing configuration of identity management systems, provisioning, and de-provisioning of multiple connectors to Directory Services and HR systems.This role will also see you lead PAM solutions and functions, including the administration of PAM solutions and its integration with IAM solutions.This is a growing team that is extremely proud of their culture and the way they work together, so a collaborative, supportive, and communicative mindset is required, along with a willingness to learn and develop to ensure the security of the company's information, assets, and people.To be successful in this role, we're looking for a strong blend of the following skills/experience:Previous experience in administering IAM tools focusing on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) for identity lifecycle management, role provisioning, and access review processes.Experience/exposure to identity-based secrets and encryption management systems for securing sensitive credentials.Strong working knowledge of Active Roles for PAM, managing privileged access, and automating role provision for elevated privileges.Exposure to digital certificate management - e.g., certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation processes.Proven ability to integrate IAM solutions with on-prem and cloud-based applications using connectors and APIs.Knowledge of IAM risks and compliance requirements.What's On OfferThis is an exciting and rewarding role for an IDAM Engineer keen to enhance their career by taking a pivotal role in a high-profile enterprise organisation going through an exciting period of transformation and investment.
