What you'll be doing Your role will be to lead our program offering of accredited training to new frontline employees.
This will involve:
Promoting this employee benefit through site engagement Working closely with our RTO representatives and liaising with trainers as required Fulfilling contractual obligations for funded training, including administrative aspects, claims and reporting In addition to this, you will be supporting the broader Learning & Development team with training administration and course delivery.
This includes:
Record keeping and ensuring accuracy of our Learning Management System Maintaining the training room including replenishing materials and preparing the room for course delivery Supporting our facilitators for their training delivery, including preparing attendance lists and associated materials Finance system management including processing purchase orders and invoices Contributing to process improvement Delivering our corporate induction and other courses within our broad training program.
What you will need to succeed Demonstrated experience in a training administration or coordinator role Previous experience with RTOs is highly regarded Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the development of excellent working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
High attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy at all times Highly organised with a process improvement mindset Comfortable with delivering training to groups (or a willingness to build confidence and competence in this space)
Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision and contribute positively to an effective team.
