Key Responsibilities:Developing comprehensive project-specific scopes of work and procurement schedules, meticulously outlining deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure project success.Coordinating and managing all project and site documentation, maintaining records to facilitate seamless project execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.Reviewing and negotiating subcontract tenders, leveraging your expertise to secure competitive bids while upholding our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.Managing project expenditure against budget, diligently tracking costs and expenses to optimise resource allocation and mitigate financial risks.Processing progress and delay claims, advocating for fair and equitable resolutions while maintaining project momentum and adherence to timelines.Assisting with financial tracking and forecasting, providing valuable insights into project performance, and supporting informed decision-making.Liaising and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects, subcontractors/suppliers, consultants, and team members, fostering collaboration and synergy across all project facets.What you'll need to succeed:Residential ExperienceBachelors of Construction Management or similar3-5 Years as a construction project managerAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings and engineering plansPrevious experience in reading, understanding, and interpreting contractual documents, specifications, and drawingsExperience using project management softwareAll applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
