Sams Plumbing and Gas Pty Ltd is seeking a Plumbing Supervisor to join our team We are a Plumbing company that has been in operation locally for over ten years.
We aim to provide the construction industry with reputable, high-quality plumbing services.
The Role of the Plumbing Supervisor is to serve as a communication channel between the client and the plumbing team to complete projects on time, to the plumbing code, in line with current workplace health and safety guidelines.
The Plumbing Supervisor provides technical and supervisory oversight to a team of plumbers and apprentices.
The Plumbing Supervisor is responsible for customer relations, including ongoing communication before, during and after jobs have been completed.
The Plumbing Supervisor will provide oversight, communication, and performance reviews of teams from 1-10 plumbers and apprentices and is responsible for creating a smooth team atmosphere.
Required Skills and Qualifications Must be a licensed plumberMust have QLD drivers LicenceCan maintain a positive attitude under stress.Excellent project management and organisation skills.Read, interpret, and follow engineered blueprint drawings.Demonstrate initiative with customers.Be alert and aware of surroundings and accessible to those around you.Be a trustworthy and motivated individual who can multi-task and stay organised.Ability to lead a team or work independently on tasks.Ability to oversee the education and training of apprentices.Ensure basic housekeeping on job sites is kept to a high standard.What we offer Pay Package of over $120,000 or higher (depending on qualifications and experience).
