Physiotherapist And/Or Exercise Physiologist

Expertise Clinic is excited to invite a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients across all age groups, helping them overcome physical challenges and achieve their health goals.Key Responsibilities - please read carefullyPatient Assessment and TreatmentConduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and capabilities.Develop tailored treatment plans to address these conditions.Implement a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and be comfortable with providing ultrasound therapy.Time management - must be comfortable managing clients every half an hour.Patient Education and SupportEducate clients and their families on posture, injury prevention, pain management, and healthy lifestyle practices.Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and home-based exercise regimens.Able to explain complex injuries in layman language to clients.Collaboration and CommunicationMust be able to establish rapport from the first consult.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure optimal care.Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.Maintain accurate and detailed client's records.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in PhysiotherapyMinimum one year graduate from an Australian university is preferredGeneral Registration with AHPRAInsurance with a regulatory body, Australian Physiotherapy Association (preferred)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and clinical reasoning abilitiesPhysical stamina and dexterity to perform hands-on treatmentsRenumerationsThis position offers a commission-based salary structure, providing unlimited earning potential directly tied to your effort and performance.
