About the role: As the Facilities Supervisor at Vertika, you will play a crucial role in our community, to execute in-house repairs and maintenance.
We're looking for someone who not only understands industry standards, codes, and product warranty guidelines but also has a genuine commitment to ensuring our residents feel at home.
In this position, you'll be the go-to person for liaising with residents, on-site teams, and property management agencies.
Your excellent communication skills will help you address and resolve maintenance requests efficiently, fostering a positive environment for everyone.
You'll also manage our contracted suppliers, ensuring they deliver top-notch service that aligns with our standards.
Key Responsibilities: Execute routine & reactive maintenance tasks. Liaise with building residents and on-site teams to maintain a high level of service. Assist to ensure an inclusive and accessible living space in our properties. Assist with service contracts and contractors. Provide reports with accurate records of property maintenance, inspections, and documentation. Identify cost-effective solutions for property maintenance and improvements. About you: You have a Trade Background and can demonstrate expertise in all aspects of property maintenance. Strong ability to build positive relationships and advocate for individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities. Experience in managing projects and coordinating tradespeople to ensure timely and efficient execution. A current driving license and access to your own vehicle for on-site visits. Familiarity with commercial and residential property leasing transactions is a plus.
