About the position As a .NET Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic development team, tasked with the design, development, and optimization of complex software solutions using the .NET framework.
Your expertise will guide the creation of secure, scalable, and efficient backend systems, services, and APIs that form the backbone of our applications.
What You'll Do Develop and maintain .Net Razor Pages applications.Participate in troubleshooting and debugging issues across frontend and backend.Liaise with project team and clients to provide the best solutions for product requirements and designs.Collaborate with the team to ensure code quality and maintainability following project's coding standard and industry best practices.Review others' code and research new technologies and techniques.Deliver training, motivate teammates, and persuade stakeholders.Work with the latest technologies / architectures such as Micro-services, Azure, AWS cloud services.What You Come with A degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.At least 3 years of experience in backend development (.NET Razor Pages and .NET Core preferred).Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JQuery.Familiarity with backend technologies such as .Net MVC (C#), EF Core, and SQL Server.Experience with Micro-service, DDD, and Cloud (AWS or Azure) is a plus.Strong technical fundamentals on software design and development.Knowledge and experience with Agile / SCRUM development methods.Passion for programming and solving complex technical problems.Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.A team player and an independent leader who is fearless to voice.Ability to communicate in English; speaking is a plus.Here's a Taste of What's on the Offer Competitive income packages and comprehensive benefits that are designed to meet your financial needs and provide stability for you.13th salary fixed and OT compensation.All benefits by Vietnam's Labor Law with full salary for social insurance and quality annual health check.Year-end performance awards.Holiday present and bonus.1 - 2 performance reviews annually.The opportunity to build meaningful products for international clients such as the US, Australia, and European countries.Flexible working hours - in the end, only the result that matters.A supportive work culture with accessible leadership.Learning opportunities, such as training, mentoring, and e-learning platforms.Support initiatives that promote employee well-being such as sports clubs, meditation room, and team building activities.Enlab is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to diversity, equality, and inclusion, and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
