Through partnerships with investment management teams, they provide investors access to a range of diversified alternative investment strategies, spanning private credit, private equity, hedge funds, alternative income, agriculture, and real assets.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Product and Operations (HPO) and working closely with the Product team, the Product Analyst will collaborate with the wider alternative investment management business, investment partners, and distribution colleagues. The Product Analyst will support the Product Team in all aspects of Product Development and Management.This is a great opportunity to learn and grow within a thriving alternative asset management firm. You will work closely with and learn from a team of experienced investment management professionals, gaining knowledge and understanding of various alternative investment strategies across the full lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in the expanding field of alternative investments.Key Responsibilities:Collaborating with the Product team on product development initiatives designed to meet the needs of investors and stakeholders.Supporting the Product team throughout the end-to-end lifecycle of alternative products, including product management, maintenance, development, change management, and compliance.Assisting in the preparation of product collateral, such as Due Diligence Questionnaires, Requests for Information, platform data requests, compliance statements, and other materials.Conducting analysis and developing insights into peer/competitor products on an ad-hoc and ongoing basis to ensure the business remains competitively positioned.Liaising with external parties such as trustees, administrators, custodians, investment partners, and other counterparties to ensure the successful implementation of new products and product changes.Monitoring and reporting on product competitiveness, trends, customer, and portfolio insights.Assisting in the preparation of materials for relevant boards, committees, and management forums.Technical Skills & Qualifications Required:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in a professional services role (e.g., accounting, auditing, consulting), with a strong interest in transitioning to asset management, specifically alternative investments.Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow in the field of alternative investments, with a broad understanding of investing and the role of different asset classes within a portfolio.Strong client service ethic, interpersonal communication, and written skills, with proven ability to work effectively with others.A proactive self-starter with initiative, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.Problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly to issues and proactively seek process improvements and additional responsibilities.A natural curiosity to explore innovative ways to enhance current processes and procedures.Capacity to think and act like a business owner.Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
