It Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional results in the Fintech sector.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our IT developer and integration team on a permanent contract.
This role will also have some business focus so experience in either blockchain environments, IT and Business projects is required.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects within the blockchain related and payment technologies space.
In addition to having business focused experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Engage with stakeholders at all levels to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with AUSTRAC regulations, company policies, and best practices in project management (PMI, Prince-2, ITIL).Deep understanding of Blockchain environments and principles:Decentralised solutions of L1 and L2PoW and PoS consensus mechanismsHD Wallets concepts and bip-32 standardBlockchain rollupsKey Requirements: Bachelor of Mathematics, Engineering or Computer Science.Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically within the blockchain, fintech and payment sectors.Strong understanding of blockchain and payment services, and related regulatory requirements.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale IT projects simultaneously.Proficient in SDLC management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Summary of Role Requirements: Flexible hours available.More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role.Work visa can be provided for this role.Expected start date for role: 01 January 2025.Expected salary: $180,000 per month. #J-18808-Ljbffr
