Foundation And Database Coordinator

The Adelaide Botanic Gardens is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Foundation and Database Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our fundraising efforts and maintaining the integrity of our donor management systems.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the Foundation while helping us to achieve our mission.
Key Responsibilities:

Database Management: Oversee and maintain the Raiser's Edge CRM database, ensuring data integrity, security, and seamless operations.
Donation Processing: Accurately process and receipt donations, fundraising income, and revenues in a timely manner.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide insightful data analysis, reports, and dashboards to inform and support fundraising strategies.
Donor Segmentation & Marketing: Coordinate targeted donor segmentation and marketing campaigns, and evaluate their effectiveness.
Regular Giving Program Support: Assist in growing our regular giving programs through expert database management.
Direct Mail Campaigns: Create and manage mailing lists, liaising with external providers for efficient campaign execution.
Financial Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of fundraising finances, donation receipts, and online fundraising platforms.
Event Support: Assist with event preparation, setup, and logistical support for fundraising activities.
Donor Stewardship: Provide high-quality customer service to donors, ensuring their preferences, communication, and records are up-to-date.
Process Development & Support: Develop, document, and continuously improve database processes; provide troubleshooting support to users.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to privacy, confidentiality, and work health and safety policies at all times.
Committee Support: Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation committee.
