About the role: This role will allow you to utilise your full-function accounts payable experience to play a critical part in supporting the business objectives through; High volume data entry of invoices and employee expenses for multiple entities using MYOB.
Weekly EFT and ad hoc payment runs.
Ensuring timely and accurate entry of approved invoices and all GL codes.
Ensuring accuracy prior to submitting payments for approval.
Ensuring strong process controls are maintained.
Provide AP support to Staff & Management.
About you: You are a strong communicator, with polished accounts skills and know how to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to assist the team in efficiently meeting its reporting deadlines across the business.
Your experience will include; Minimum of 2 years' experience in a full function Accounts Payable Role in a commercial environment.
Excellent communications skills, you enjoy being a team player and working together to achieve a goal.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
A high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
Exposure to intermediate to advanced ERP and accounting systems.
