Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST (Sydney/NSW time)
Job Responsibilities: Negotiate payment arrangements with customers for overdue accountsAchieve minimum 70% success rate on payment arrangementsHandle customer communications professionally within 5-minute target timeframeProcess payments and maintain accurate account recordsManage customer complaints according to company policyProvide updates to clients on collection progressWork remotely while maintaining high performance standardsMeet quality assurance requirements consistentlyHandle all communication with empathy and professionalismRequirementsExcellent negotiation and conflict resolution skillsExperience in collections or customer service (preferred)Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)Self-motivated with ability to work independentlyProfessional phone manner and problem-solving mindsetAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsPlease note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an "Independent Contractor" arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
They will handle their own benefits and taxes.
The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
