You will be responsible for:
Preparing & organising each shift to run efficiently and effectively.Assist with rostering and shift coverage.Ensure team is briefed on guests & group movements.To be responsible for the Porters and Night Porter during your shift.Coordination of the overall Driveway operation.Assist with guest luggage and parking cars.For this role, you will:
Have a strong work ethic.Be very efficient and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Proven organisational & time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.To be able to work – morning / afternoon / night shifts rotating.A Full Drivers License.Additional Information Benefits and Perks: Sofitel Melbourne on Collins provides ambassadors career development opportunities within the hotel and wider Accor Group.
