Like all of us at Thiess, you're a passionate and energetic person, that appreciates responsibility, recognition and reward.2:1 roster (7D7N7RR) | FIFO Perth to Mount Holland MineSalary sacrifice options available for applicants outside WAPermanent full-time role with development and upskilling opportunitiesIn this role, you will:Operating machinery efficiently, safely, and competently to ensure maximum output Complying with Thiess' policies and procedures Responding to instructions from Mining Supervisor Ensuring floor levels are maintained Minimising dilution and achieving design parameters within acceptable tolerances Maintain stockpiles, dumps and haul roads to ensure flow in a safe and efficient manner Operate, drive and move material as directed to prepare operating areas and roads Setting and maintain high housekeeping standards Carrying out pre-start checks About you3 years plus experience operating the following in an Excavator, Dozer, Grader, Loader in a production mining operationEquivalent or specific experience operating - Liebherr 9200Experience on any of the following preferred - CAT D10, Cat 16M, CAT 992Possess strong mining operational skills and be able to demonstrate your ability in maintaining pit floors and bunds in a mining production environmentSound knowledge and understanding of ore mark ups and pit configuration HR drivers licence (desirable) Proven compliance and commitment to health and safety at all times What Thiess can do for youFull camp facilities providedHigh quality food optionsThiess' commitment to training & developmentSalary sacrifice options – Flights & novated leasingRange of corporate discounts including health insurance (Medibank), travel & retail products.About usWe partner with our clients to deliver excellence in open cut and underground mining in Australia, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
