Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology) Full time FinXL I.T Professional Services is an innovative Australian owned company providing our clients with technology enabled business solutions and consulting services.
As the go-to mid-tier Service Provider for many Australian and International clients, FinXL enjoys a diverse client portfolio, boasting some of the industry leading: Telecommunication, Banking and Finance and Commercial Corporations, along with many State and Federal Government Departments.
We are seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team full time who will be working onsite in Sydney CBD.
Reporting to the Business Systems Team Lead, you will be providing business/systems analysis services and advice on complex issues relating to Data platforms.
Responsibilities: Creating Epic and Jira Stories against the use case and requirements.Analysing existing use case documents to create stories to align development for new system.Organising Journey walk-through of stories and mapping of stories to Accept criteria to apprehend coverage.Documenting technical specifications.Writing the technical road-map from the as-is state to the to-be state.Document such changes, and write and communicate user stories as necessary.Demonstrated craft to translate complex business requirements into product requirements / user stories.You will have the following skills/experience: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management and process mapping.Experience in writing - business and functional.Project Management experience would be viewed favourably.Who are we?
