KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Achieve sales targets by promoting products to targeted customers Develop strong, long-term relationships with Key Customers in primary care (GPs) Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained Respond to customer requests in a timely and effective manner Promote the image of Lilly in disease state areas Develop & maintain excellent knowledge of disease area, products, competitors, and market developments Develop detailed territory business plans based on territory analysis Develop specific territory action plans for key customers Enter and maintain accurate records of customer interactions Be a strong team player and work collaboratively with Lilly colleagues Able to use technology effectively Ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical standards Quickly build knowledge of current treatment guidelines Identify & offer multi-channel solutions that align with the Lilly portfolio Address customer needs and promote the products REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
This role reports to the Regional Business Manager.

Account & Stakeholder Management – An ability to manage key accounts and enhance relationships Scientific Knowledge and Application – Ability to understand and disseminate scientific information Strong Professional Communication – Strong interpersonal skills to share relevant information Business Acumen – Understanding of business drivers for both customer and organization Planning and Execution – Ability to review data and strategically plan actions High Level Organizational Skills – Ability to prioritize and deliver on customer requirements Learning Agility – Effectively deal with a variety of people and situations Emotional Intelligence – Evaluate emotions to understand drivers of behavior Resilience – Determination to achieve goals despite challenges Compliance – Understanding of operating principles and practices Prior Knowledge or Experience:
