We're proud of our 'Zero Harm' initiative and provide extensive on-the-job training to ensure you get home safely at the end of every day.Qube is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we encourage women and Indigenous peoples of all ages to apply.THE ROLEThe primary purpose of the Warehouse Officer is to provide assistance to the Warehouse Team Leader in the daily operations of the warehouse, not limited to Goods Receipting, Picking / Issuing of materials.Specific ResponsibilitiesChecking and signing consignment notesLoading and unloading freight utilising mobile plantStock picking, packing and processing of goods issuesReceipting of materials to warehouse utilising SAP inventory systemReview of Certifications for materialsQuality Assurance checksStocktakingInvestigation of stock discrepanciesStock disposal processingInvestigating requirements for Offshore ReturnsUse of staging and tracking tool in SAPPacking materials for transportLoading / Packing of materials into offshore containers for sea freightQualifications and ExperienceAdvanced experience using SAP inventory systemKnowledge and understanding of warehousing operationsHigh attention to detailKnowledge and experience of applicable standards and legislation for dangerous goods handling and storage awarenessDemonstrated experience completing IMDG documentationDemonstrated experience handling dangerous goodsCertificate III qualifications in warehousing operations or the ability to achieveAdvanced skills using Microsoft Office, Excel and Power pointAbility to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environmentCurrent First Aid certificateIntegrityStrong Communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong focus on safetyClient focused and responsive to customer requirementsPerformance and task drivenGood time managementWhy QUBE?At Qube, we recognise that our people are our most important asset and are the engine that drives our organisation, playing a vital role in ensuring our business achieve our objectives and deliver on our commitments.
