Your New Role
As the Receptionist, you'll be the go-to person for all things office, reporting to a incredibly supportive Office Manager who once started out as a receptionist herself Your responsibilities will include:
Creating a warm and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Planning and coordinating fun office events to keep the team engaged.
Managing bookings and setting up meeting rooms to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Liaising with couriers and handling office deliveries like a pro.
Ordering stationery and office supplies to keep everything stocked.
Providing general administrative support.

About You
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, administration, or reception is a must.
MS Office experience highly desired.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for getting things right.
Organised, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges.
