Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing direct marketing channels (email, SMS, MMS) with a focus on creating targeted, personalised customer journeysLeading end-to-end execution of loyalty and CRM channel plansApproving and optimising all Business-as-Usual (BAU) email campaignsDesigning targeted customer journey campaignsImplementing sophisticated A/B testing to optimise campaign performanceCollaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling, data-driven communicationsWhat Type of Person Will Succeed We're looking for a confident team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of experience in CRM, Loyalty, Digital Marketing, or eCommerceA tertiary degree1-2 years of experience with major marketing automation platforms ideally Acoustic but open to othersStrong creative and analytical skillsThe ability to multi-task, negotiate, and influence othersExperience in a fast past environment used to running campaigns at a high frequencyHow to Apply We're excited to grow our team and want to learn more about you.
