This position is available at a full-time, 2 year fixed term basis.
If you thrive on complex challenges and want to drive change in a dynamic university setting, Curtin is the place to make your mark.What You'll Do:As an Enterprise Architect, you'll drive the design, development, and adoption of our digital architecture, bringing rapid innovation, as well as:Lead Technology Strategy: Provide strategic guidance on key technology decisions, ensuring alignment with Curtin's ambitious Digital Roadmap and Architecture principles.Build for the Future: Develop and refine roadmaps that break down digital strategies into customer-focused solutions, ready to be delivered by our Digital & Technology Solutions teams.Architect Scalable Solutions: Translate business needs into cohesive, scalable designs, defining system and application architectures that meet diverse needs.Collaborate and Enable: Work closely with IT managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment, offer technical leadership, and support a culture of continuous improvement.What You Bring:Experience and Vision: Significant experience in ICT or a relevant combination of training and experience, particularly in enterprise architecture within complex environments.Strategic and Hands-On Skills: The ability to think strategically, yet remain pragmatic in execution, with a solid background in specific architectural domains.Influential Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and guide strategic conversations.Commitment to Collaboration: A proactive approach to relationship-building and teamwork, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet Curtin's evolving needs.Working rights in Australia and ability to attend in office at our Curtin Bentley Campus in Perth, WA are essential requirements to be considered.What's in It for You:Impact and Legacy: Be at the forefront of digital transformation in a globally ranked university that will impact Staff, Students and Researchers.Career Growth and Learning: Access extensive professional development resources, networking opportunities, and opportunities for career development.Generous Benefits Package: Enjoy up to 17% superannuation, 20 days Annual Leave, 14 days Personal Leave and a wide range of competitive leave entitlements and salary packaging options.Family, Health and Wellness: Curtin Employees have access to our on-campus Medical Centre, as well as our on-campus Early Learning Childcare centre.
