About the role As Elders embarks on an exciting period of growth and transformation, we have opportunities across our National Branch Network for Mortgage Brokers to join our team in Darwin on a full-time, permanent basis

In this role, you will work alongside some of Australia's top agents, guiding clients through the mortgage process by assessing their mortgage needs and delivering customised solutions.

Responsibilities: Analyse client financials to identify suitable lending options Liaise with lenders to negotiate favourable terms and conditions Prepare loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements Work with senior management on strategies for business growth Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills About You: Demonstrated experience in commercial or residential lending Cert IV in Mortgage Broking / Diploma Strong understanding of lending products, loan structures, and credit assessment processes Accreditation with a recognised industry body (e.g., MFAA, FBAA) Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to naturally build rapport Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment To succeed at Elders, you: Are passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community Have a passion for finance and an active interest in helping people Are driven by sales and success Aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to build new business Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with potential and current clients About Elders Home & Commercial Finance Elders Home and Commercial Finance was established primarily to assist Elders Real Estate home buyers with property finance.
