We only hire someone who can demonstrate they have a big heart and a brilliant mind to ensure we build both clinical and career excellence.About your new role:The opportunity to provide clinical mentoring to those within your field.Work within the Concentric Clinical Quality Development (CQD) team alongside other senior mentors to progress the mission of Concentric.Provide senior/expert consultations alongside clinicians to our clients.Providing clinical mentoring and 1:1 supervision of Occupational Therapists in the clinic and community, instilling best practice and supporting professional development.Providing clinical mentoring to our multidisciplinary team within the scope of paediatric occupational therapy and championing multidisciplinary teamwork.Contributing to process development and innovative practice.Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of occupational therapy interventions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes within the NDIS and Community sectors.Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.You will be responsible for achieving clinical targets relevant to your clinic and provide input into therapy plans, raise clinical concerns, provide solutions and support team members with learning and development activities.What's in it for youA generous remuneration package with additional incentivesSalary Sacrifice options for extra super contributions or car leasingWork life balance – flexible work hoursA comprehensive, structured clinical mentoring and continuing education program which is tailored to suit your level of experienceWeekly learning interaction with other experienced allied health professionalsA structured social events calendar with your team including monthly 'Fun Fridays'Flexibility with work hours.
