What's the role?
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for delivering client-focused solutions that drive growth?
News Corp Australia is seeking an experienced Head of Product Solutions for our State & Community division.
Reporting to the GM of Product & Partnerships, you'll be responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and business growth by delivering innovative, tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our readers, clients, and industry categories.
The key responsibilities are:

Strategic Leadership - Develop and execute client solutions strategies aligned with company goals and identify industry trends to enhance offerings and build strong client relationships.
Client Relationship Management - Understand client objectives and design tailored solutions in collaboration with editorial, state MDs, and product teams.
Operational Excellence - Oversee solution delivery to meet quality, budget, and timelines and align internal teams and monitor KPIs to drive client satisfaction and retention.
Business Development - Identify growth opportunities, create go-to-market proposals, and deliver solutions that drive measurable revenue outcomes.
Who are you?
8 + years of experience in client-facing roles, including leadership positions.
Proven track record of delivering client solutions that drive business growth.
Quick thinking yet strategic team player with a client & reader-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and the ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
