About the role
Countrywide Legal & Business Services/Countrywide Strata Management are seeking a Receptionist/Trainee Strata Manager in our Tamworth, NSW office.
This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and administrative support while also training to become a Strata Manager.
If you have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and are interested in a career in strata management, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and assisting clients, owners, and contractors in person and over the phone Handling general office administration tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping Providing administrative support to the Strata Management and other teams in the office Participating in training to develop the skills needed to become a qualified Strata Manager and obtain registration with the Department of Fair Trading.
Assisting with the coordination of maintenance, repairs, and other property services What we're looking for
Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong administrative and organisational abilities Keen interest in property management and a willingness to learn Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential What we offer
