Senior Project Manager (Insurance Repairs) Construct Services is an industry leader in insurance repairs specializing in the Commercial, Heritage, Strata, and Major Loss Residential sectors across Australia.

Due to an expansion in our Major and Complex Loss claims portfolio, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-driven role which will require you to be able to think on your feet and work with a variety of people, including internal staff members, clients, and customers.
We are offering a permanent full-time position with an attractive remuneration package, based in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee select projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Oversee and assist with the selection tools, materials, and equipment and track inventory.
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs to ensure an acceptable profitable margin.
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide leadership and guidance to the project manager team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Skills & Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager Construction Management Degree/Qualification in Building & Construction Relevant state Builders Licence A valid full driver's licence Insurance experience highly desirable Strong knowledge and expertise in construction methodologies and project management principles Proven track record of successfully delivering major projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards Ability to work individually and as part of a team, sharing knowledge and experience in order to gain clear results.
Proficient in MS Project/Excel and other Construction Scheduling Software Platforms Honest and truthful at all times Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Knowledge and understanding of construction-related OH&S legislation.
