In your role, you will:Oversee the daily operations of the arrival area, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and warm welcome for all guests.
Your commitment to exceptional service ensures every guest's first impression is flawless.Empower your team to manage their functions with passion, professionalism, and dedication to service excellence.Ensure the car park and lobby are always manned and that your team is fully equipped with expert knowledge of local attractions, transport, dining options, and experiences.Be the maestro of anticipation – proactively engaging with guests to uncover their needs before they even ask.
Create experiences that exceed expectations at every turn.Implement and monitor procedures to ensure the safe handling of guest cars and luggage, with all team members trained to maintain these standards at all times.More about youA minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end venue, with a strong background in exceptional guest service.High level of confidence in introducing experiences and engaging with guests, coupled with impeccable presentation and grooming.An inspirational leader with a talent for seamless operations and service delivery, along with well-developed administrative skills.Hold a current and valid open Australian driver's license, capable of driving both manual and automatic vehicles.Hold a current and valid Responsible Service of Alcohol competency card and must have full-working rights in Australia.At The EVE, you're not just joining a team—you're becoming part of a close-knit family dedicated to redefining hospitality.
