Permanent full-time opportunityA great work culture and a friendly and supportive teamExcellent career growth opportunities.About the Role Joining our team as a Billings Clerk, you will be responsible for the daily billing to ensure the efficient and effective coordination of billing and debt collection functions at St George Private Hospital.
You will liaise and communicate directly with patients, health funds, hospitals' administration and hospitals' management regarding patient account enquiries, in conjunction with theatre and billing staff, and Doctors rooms to ensure the accurate input of data.
Your Key Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience in hospital billing is essentialKnowledge of Health fund contracts and/or basic accounting processesAccounts Receivable knowledgeEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as requiredAbility to complete tasks within designated timeframesCertificate in Medical TerminologyWhat's in it for you?
