We have an exciting full time opportunity available for a Landscape Construction Tradesman to join and lead the team

Work includes:

Execute landscape construction (both hardscape and softscape) projects from start to finish
Manage projects to be on budget, time and a high quality
Assist with quoting works
Manage relationships with clients on site where required
Ensure that all staff have adequate tools to carry out works.
Ensure all staff have correct uniforms and PPE.
Leading/instructing other team members to complete landscaping tasks
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to encourage skill development

Skills and experience:

An eagerness to learn with a 'can-do' attitude
Motivation, reliability, honesty and strong initiative
Good presentation and politeness
White card
Working with children's and police clearance
Cert III in Landscape Construction
Efficient planner
