They are involved in every stage of the project and personally execute the work with trades on-site. With over 800 completed projects and multiple award-winning endeavours, our client is the North Shore's go-to construction company for turning ideas into reality.About The OpportunitySome of your responsibilities will include:Utilising Wunderbuild software for effective project and staff management.Solving construction challenges using a diverse range of materials and techniques.Performing hands-on carpentry, including tasks related to footings, framing, and finishing.Supervising a small team or apprentices on-site to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.Managing tenders, quotes, contracts, ordering, project management, warranty, and business development.Handling various project types, including residential renovations and additions, bathroom and kitchen renovations, deck installations, and specialty projects.About YouThe successful candidate will have:A well-rounded experience in residential construction and carpentry.Open-mindedness and a desire for personal and professional growth.The ability to manage projects from planning to completion effectively.A collaborative attitude complemented by strong problem-solving skills.Competence in tender preparation, contract handling, and warranty management.A strong understanding of building techniques and project management principles.What's in it for You?Burgers Provided For Lunch Every FridayA Supportive, Enthusiastic Team Environment.Two Daily Half-hour Breaks For Your Convenience.Profit Share Program After A 6 Month Probation Period.38-hour Workweek With Flexible Hours (Typically 7 am – 4 pm).Varied Exposure To Carpentry And Builder-related Tasks In Residential Construction.An Engaging, Music-friendly Work Environment Featuring 80s Music And House Tunes.Opportunity For Growth And Career Development Into Roles Such As Builder Or Business Manager.Apply today and don't miss out on starting this opportunity as soon as possible
