Job Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to $130,000 (based on experience) + CPD + Gym + Bonus
About the role: Excellent opportunity with a supportive team, a capped patient case load, and weekly professional development sessions with our multi-disciplinary team to maximize learning.
You will be working with a diverse caseload:
The typical weekly client caseload for new physiotherapists includes simple and complex musculoskeletal (40-50%), neurological rehabilitation (20-30%) and a scattering of other conditions in areas including elite sports, pediatrics, cardiorespiratory, oncological, and gender health.Assessments and Care plansExercise and equipment prescriptionWorking autonomously with support from supervisor/team leaderLarge on-site multi-disciplinary team including specialized allied health and doctorsCapped number of clients per week to prevent burnout2 x 1-on-1 mentoring sessions each week to maximize clinical understandingWeekly team professional development meetingsTransparent markers to increase your salary to 130k+ or higherFlexible hours and rostersLarge gym on-site for clinician usage and patient treatmentWeekly paid meetings: team, professional development, and 1-on-1 mentoring2 long-term career pathways: in-house academic or business streamsOpportunities to work with sports teams and observe surgeriesQuarterly team events & activitiesAbility to choose your own KPIsMinimum Requirements:Tertiary qualification in PhysiotherapyCurrent registration with AHPRAProfessional Indemnity InsuranceNew graduates are welcomeIf you are interested in this position, please click Apply Now.
